2.4.3.1. How To Use?

Ensures the required directory structure and the completeness of survey deliverables.

• Select the Delivery Structure Checks tab at the bottom of the QC Tools interface.

• In Parameters indicate the checks to run (Fig. 2.57).

  • Overall structure checks whether the folder structure aligns with the requirements defined by the HSSD.

  • Metadata folder, Raw folder, and Processed folder check the contents of the respective folders and ensure that no extraneous files or folders are present above the lowest level (where permitted).

  • File length checks for file paths exceeding 240 characters (as this is nearing the limit for Windows operating systems).

  • File validity checks whether there are any corrupt files.

In Execution, click Delivery Structure Checks to run.
